FUNdamentals of AntiGravity Fitness is an introductory level class for those who are new to AntiGravity workouts and the fitness and therapeutic benefits they promote. In this class you will learn grip techniques, postural alignment, skill, and a clear understanding of the terms, poses, and sequences.

This class is designed to familiarize clients with the Harrison Hammock, and how to utilize the hammock to derive the optimal benefits you seek. You'll experience a full workout while learning terms, experiencing energizing poses, and acclimating into inversions with confidence.

A FUNdamentals full (5-8 class) session or 5-8 private classes are prerequisite to Antigravity Aerial Yoga and Antigravity Suspension Fitness classes.
