AntiGravity Private Group Sessions

Book an evening, morning, or afternoon of fun with your friends, sports team, co-workers or family.

AntiGravity is an innovative approach to fitness designed to increase one's overall health and physical agility while having fun. You can book a session that is upbeat, fast paced, and fun or one that is relaxing and unwinding. No experience is necessary to attend, however, a group size of seven participants is required.

Private Group sessions can focus on:

  • Sports teams: Relax and restore pre or post event or as a regular part of your training to increase strength, gain flexibly, boost self confidence, and focus your mind to be your personal best.
